Bids filed through e-bidding will be opened in this department in the name of the bidder or his representative. Even if the bidder or his representative is not present, opening of bids will not be hindered.

In case the bid is not opened on the predetermined date due to any reason, the validity period of the bid and the bid security will be calculated from the predetermined date. If there is a public holiday on the last day of buying, filing and opening of bids, the work will be done at the same time on the next office opening day after the holiday.
